Welcome to AIF Academy, a platform owned and operated by Bohdan Saranchuk (“we,” “us,” or “AIF Academy”), based in Poland and registered as a Sole Proprietorship under the NIP number 6772434687, with the address Dobrego Pasterza 56, 31-416 Kraków, Poland. By accessing and using the site at aif.academy (“Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, along with any other applicable terms.

This website (the “Site”) refers to both aif.academy and the course platform hosted at https://esmerise.com/aif/, owned and operated by Bohdan Saranchuk under the AI Fellowship brand (“we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other applicable terms.

Account Registration on Esmerise

The AI Fellowship (AIF) course is hosted on the Esmerise platform. To access course materials, users must create an account on Esmerise using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Esmerise account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, please notify us immediately at bohdan@aif.academy. AIF Academy and Esmerise disclaim responsibility for any losses due to unauthorized access to your account.

Termination

AIF Academy reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site or any part thereof without notice if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions. All relevant restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations on liability outlined herein will survive any termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
